More About Hannah
My approach to therapy is genuine, easy-going, and deeply relational. I show up with curiosity and compassion and want you to feel comfortable bringing your full self into the room, messy parts included. I believe healing happens through connection to our emotions, bodies, history, relationships, and the world around us. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly cared for as we explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, relational trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, shame, and concerns related to body image or disordered eating. Together, we explore the experiences that shaped you and how they continue to influence your life today. I love helping clients build a more compassionate relationship with themselves as they work toward healing and self-trust. I’m a Nashville native, and outside of sessions I enjoy reading, trying new cozy hobbies, rotating comfort shows, spending time with friends and family, and snuggling with my dog, Hank.

More About Cammie
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and empowering so you feel both challenged and deeply cared for. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship you build with your therapist. It’s hard to be vulnerable without trust, so my first priority is creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. I show up as a gentle challenger, someone who meets you with compassion while also helping you stay accountable to the goals you set. I’m committed to providing a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, emotionally safe environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I don’t judge. I value honesty, warmth, and real conversations. I work with both individuals and couples and enjoy helping clients navigate anxiety, OCD, relationship and attachment concerns, trauma, and negative self-image. Whether you’re dealing with relationship anxiety, people-pleasing, OCD, or the effects of past experiences, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface rather than just managing symptoms. I’m a Nashville native, and outside of therapy I enjoy needlepoint, reading, practicing hot yoga, and spending time with my family, friends, and pets.
